First, the maintenance and adjustment of the tractor
1. Clean the air filter. Before cleaning, check whether the air filter pipe connection seal is good. Check the parts, if there is damage, leakage, should be repaired or replaced in time. Check whether the air filter nut and clamping ring are loose. If yes, tighten it in time. When cleaning, open the air filter, clean the filter screen, oil storage pan, central pipe with clean diesel oil. After cleaning, replace the oil in the oil storage pan. The height of the oil level shall be controlled at the marked position of the oil level. Install in reverse order. Some machines use dry filters. When cleaning, you can gently pat the surface of the filter element by hand to remove the dust on the surface. Then brush to remove dust in the gap of the filter element. Install the air filter.
2. Clean the diesel filter. When cleaning, dredge the air vent on the tank cover. Remove impurities from the refueling filter. After cleaning, install the filter back and tighten the tank cover. Remove the crude filter and filter element of diesel oil, check whether there is damage or the end cover is unglued, if so, replace the filter element. The filter element is not damaged, and the coarse filter element can be cleaned with clean diesel or kerosene. Then, install in reverse order. Remove the diesel fine filter. Open the fine filter, take out the filter element, check whether the filter element is damaged. If there is damage, replace the filter element. If there is no damage, clean the filter element surface with clean kerosene or diesel oil and a soft brush. When installing, pay attention to the correct position of sealing ring. Avoid diesel oil entering the fuel injection pump without passing through the filter, aggravating the wear of parts.
3. Check whether crankcase ventilation pipe is unblocked. When checking, remove the end cover and ventilation device, check whether the inside of the ventilation device is blocked, or full of sludge. Dredge the holes. Check the spring valve plate of the crankcase ventilation one-way valve, which should be attached to the bottom plate. Otherwise, the crankcase ventilation device should be replaced. Install end caps in reverse order.
4. Adjust clutch separation clearance. When adjusting, put the clutch and brake handle in the "close" position. Check the ball head of the separation lever and the separation bearing. A clearance of about 0.5 mm should be maintained between the ball head of the separation lever and the separation bearing. At the same time, check whether the three ball heads are in the same rotation plane. If the separation gap is too large, or the three ball heads are not on the same rotation plane, it should be adjusted. When adjusting, loosen the lock nut on the adjusting bolt, rotate the adjusting nut inward, the gap becomes smaller, rotate outward, the gap becomes larger. Until the clearance meets the requirements. Lock the nut. If the separation clearance and ball head position do not need to be adjusted, clean the separation claw and bearing cover incline, and add oil or butter lubrication.
5. Adjust free travel of clutch brake handle. The free travel of the clutch brake handle should be 25 ~ 30 mm. When it is necessary to adjust, loosen the lock nut and adjust the length of the clutch pull rod, so that the white stroke of the clutch brake handle meets the requirements.
6. Adjust the length of steering rod. In order to ensure good clutch engagement and separation, the distance between the steering handle and the handle sleeve should be 20 ~ 30 mm. If the distance is too small, steering sensitivity will be affected. When adjusting, first loosen the lock nut, pull out the cotter pin at the joint of the steering lever and the steering handle, take out the steering lever, adjust the length of the steering lever. If the distance is too large, the steering lever should be lengthened. If the distance is too small, the steering lever should be shortened. Lock the nut.
7. Adjust the tractor for deviation. When walking tractor, left or right deviation will not only accelerate the wear of steering mechanism parts, but also bring many difficulties to the driver's operation. When eliminating tractor deviation, check tire pressure first. When air pressure is insufficient, it should be replenished in time. Note that both tires should be inflated at the same time, keeping the pressure of the left and right tires consistent. Check the wear of the left and right tires. If the wear is not uniform, the left and right tires can be transposed. When tire wear is serious, both tires should be replaced at the same time. Check whether the tail wheel fixing nut is loose. If so, tighten it immediately to avoid deviation and damage to the tire. Check and clean the tail wheel bearing. If it is not damaged, fill it with butter and install it back.
8. Adjust the tension of the triangle belt. With 50 ~ 80 N force press, the triangle belt drop should be between 20 ~ 30 mm. When adjusting, loosen the diesel engine fixing nut on the tractor frame. The diesel engine is moved back and forth by adjusting bolts at the front end of the tractor. Move forward and tighten the triangle belt; Move back and loosen the triangle belt. After the adjustment, tighten the fixing nuts. It should be noted that the axle of driving wheel and slave wheel should be parallel, and the center line of wheel groove should be aligned without deflection. Check the triangle belt and clean it with a clean cotton yarn. When the triangle belt wear seriously, can not continue to use, should be replaced in time. When replacing, two belts of the same model should be replaced simultaneously.
Two, the storage of tractors
When the tractor is temporarily not used and needs to be stored for a long time, special maintenance must also be carried out to avoid improper storage and damage of the tractor. The following maintenance work should be done before storage: remove soil and oil stains on the surface; Drain the diesel oil in the tank, the lubricating oil in the oil pan, the cooling water in the water tank; Remove the triangle belt, wipe it and place it in a dry and ventilated place; Heat the oil to about 120℃ for dehydration treatment, until the foam disappears, add the crankcase, shake the crankshaft several times, send the oil to the moving surface position, and then release the oil; Add a small amount of dehydrator oil into the inlet, shake the crankshaft, so that the oil is attached to the piston, cylinder liner, valve seat; Shake the piston to TDC position to release the valve spring; Open the cylinder cover, apply the dehydrator oil evenly on the rocker arm, rocker arm shaft, valve spring and other parts with a brush; Heat and stir the dehydrator oil and butter into anti-rust oil, smear it on the outside of the machine; Put the clutch in the "close" position, and put the speed change handle in the neutral position; Set up the tractor and lift the tires off the ground.
