What are the technical maintenance methods of tractors?

1. Remove dust and oil stains from all parts of the tractor; Check whether fastening screws of each component are loose; Check the oil level height of the diesel engine pan, add oil when insufficient; Check the water surface of the water tank, add water when insufficient; Check the amount of oil in the tank, refueling when insufficient; Check the fastness of the connecting parts, find out the reasons for oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage and eliminate them in time; Check tire pressure and inflate if necessary; Lubrication and maintenance of front wheel bearing, front axle pin, knuckle ball head and steering turbine.

2. Clean the air filter filter, replace the oil in the shell, refueling must not exceed the provisions, so as not to cause flying; Check whether the nuts at both ends of the left and right hemispheres are pressed against the brake hub; Raise the rear wheel and tighten it with specified torque.

3. Clean diesel filter, oil filter and oil filter; Check the clutch triangle belt tightness, adjust if necessary; Replace diesel engine oil; Check the oil level of the transmission box and hydraulic tank, add oil when it is insufficient; Check clutch pedal free travel, adjust if necessary; Check regulating valve clearance.

4. Clean the fuel pipeline at the diesel tank port; Clean the carbon accumulation of fuel injector, and check the fuel injection situation, calibrate the fuel injection pressure, adjust if necessary; Check the performance of the valve seat and seal, such as pitting, burns, etc., should be coated with val sand on the cone surface for grinding; Remove diesel engine piston ring, cylinder and cylinder head of carbon deposition and coking; Clean the carbon deposit in the jet hole on the swirl chamber insert to make it smooth with the combustion chamber; Clean the scale in the cooling system; Check the clearance of the front wheel bearing, adjust it if necessary, and add grease; Release the oil in the transmission box, add diesel oil after thorough cleaning, add new oil; Check and adjust the front wheel bundle, check the free travel of the steering wheel and make adjustments if necessary; Clean the oil and silt inside the generator, check the corrosion of the stator and rotor, and remove rust spots; Check and adjust the clearance between the clutch separator lever and the end face of the separation bearing; Check and adjust the clearance between brake drums.

5. Thoroughly clean the dirt and oil stains outside the tractor, and release the oil and water in each container; Replacement of cooling water and various oils; Check and adjust the injection pump; Check the wear of the front and rear wheels. When the wear is inconsistent, the left and right tires can be used interchangeably. When the hydraulic system is working continuously, the gear oil pump and hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned thoroughly with diesel oil and replaced with new oil. Tighten screws, bolts, nuts, etc. with specified torque.
